Terms of Service

Service scope

ThemeX provides a digital marketplace where buyers purchase licensed digital products and, where enabled, sellers and affiliates participate under ThemeX review. These Terms of Service apply to registered users and paid transactions.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. ThemeX may suspend accounts that violate policies, abuse refunds, commit fraud, or harm other users. Affiliate and seller access may require separate approval.

Orders & delivery

An order becomes payable according to the Payment Policy. After verified payment confirmation, ThemeX issues license entitlements and download access. Opening checkout alone does not grant a license.

Digital delivery depends on product files published by ThemeX or approved sellers. Support windows, if offered, follow the product listing and License Policy.

Prohibited conduct

Chargeback abuse, credential stuffing, unauthorized redistribution, reverse engineering where prohibited by license, and fake reviews are forbidden. ThemeX may reverse commissions and revoke downloads for policy breaches.

Limitation

ThemeX services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, ThemeX is not liable for indirect damages arising from downtime, third-party payment networks, or misuse of purchased assets. See also Refund Policy and About Us.
