Licenses on ThemeX

When you buy a digital product on ThemeX you receive a license to use the files according to the license type selected at checkout — not ownership of the underlying copyright unless explicitly stated.

Typical license types

Regular licenses usually cover a single end product for yourself or one client. Extended licenses may allow use in products that are sold to multiple customers, subject to the listing terms. Always confirm the license name and limits shown on the product page.

Restrictions

Unless a listing says otherwise, you may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share source files as a competing marketplace item
• Claim ThemeX or author branding as your own without permission
• Exceed activation or seat limits tied to your license key
• Use assets in unlawful or abusive applications

Entitlements & refunds
