ThemeX sells downloadable digital products. Because files can be accessed immediately after payment, refunds are limited and reviewed case by case under this Refund Policy and the Payment Policy.

When refunds may be considered

We may consider refund or credit requests when:

• The download is demonstrably defective and we cannot provide a working replacement
• You were charged twice for the same verified order
• The product materially differs from the listing in a way ThemeX confirms

When refunds are typically declined

Change of mind after download, incorrect license selection you confirmed at checkout, dissatisfaction with creative style, or requests made after extended use are usually not refundable. Read product demos and License Policy before buying.

How to request

Contact Support with your order number, product name, and a clear description. Approved refunds reverse entitlements and may reverse affiliate commissions as described in the Affiliate Program terms. Chargebacks may lead to account review under Terms of Service.
