Checkout & pricing

Prices on ThemeX product pages are shown for eligible licenses. Taxes, fees, or currency presentation may vary by configuration. The amount authorized at checkout is authoritative for that order.

Payment confirmation

ThemeX confirms payment through the configured payment provider webhook or verified return flow. A browser redirect alone does not mark an order paid. Licenses and downloads are created only after successful payment confirmation.

Security

Sensitive card data is processed by the payment provider. ThemeX stores order totals, statuses, and provider references needed for support and audits — not raw card numbers or CVV. See Privacy Policy.

Failed & disputed payments

Failed payments leave orders unpaid without entitlements. Disputes and chargebacks are investigated using order logs. Refunds follow the Refund Policy. Sellers and affiliates should note that reversed payments can reverse related earnings.
